WHAT IS YACHT MANAGEMENT?

An effective and well implemented management system will reduce the liabilities and risks to an “as low as possible” level and increase the operational efficiency which will collectively minimize the yachts running costs.

When implemented effectively, the crew will spend less time on administrative matters, leaving more time for guest services and operational awareness.

HOW MUCH DOES YACHT MANAGEMENT COST?

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YACHT MANAGEMENT?

A fully implemented mangement system will provide documented policy and procedures, targets and objectives, monitoring and continual improvement of the yachts operation.

WHAT STYLE OF YACHT MANAGEMENT CAN I EXPECT?

Daily shore side monitoring of the yachts operations by the DPA provides complete transparency and constant review of the compliance requirements.

The DPA will assist wherever required, however we will never dictate to the Captain on how to run his / her yacht. The Captain will not report to the DPA but rather work with the DPA and report directly to the owner.
